I'm a 27 year old writer living on the East Coast of the USA. My favorite thing to do is to watch too much tv and then overanalyze the shit out of it. Sometimes I put my thoughts here, as well as my original writing and other odds & ends.
I actually think Korra is being really pro-active at the moment. She is pursuing every possible avenue she can think of to save her tribe, even if they are not the best of avenues. She's desperate and she's running around and she's making terrible choices, but if there's one thing you can say about Korra, it's that she's trying tog get stuff done.
I think maybe the Tenzin-Meelo thing is kind of a followup to the previous mentions that Tenzin needs to spend more time with his kids, to be better than his father in that way. He had his bonding moment with Ikki last episode, maybe we'll go back to Jinora next. I do agree that the feel of things is really disjointed. Every episode I am waiting for them to bring the two storylines back together so it doesn't feel like watching two shows.
If they're going to play Eska the way they're playing her, I really wish they'd just write her out because it gets more gross every week, and I didn't even think that was possible after last week.
I need more Lin always.
