I'm a 27 year old writer living on the East Coast of the USA. My favorite thing to do is to watch too much tv and then overanalyze the shit out of it. Sometimes I put my thoughts here, as well as my original writing and other odds & ends.
Korra looked up at Bart and smiled. "Yeah, I'm fine." He didn't seem to believe her, so she sat up with a little sigh as he settled next to her. "I was just thinking about the sun."
"What about it?"
Korra shrugged a little awkwardly. "It feels different from the sun at home," she said. "It's kind of weirding me out."
"They're probably using those artificial natural light things," he said.
"Fake...natural light?"
He laughed at her disbelieving look and explained. Except his explanation only lead to more questions, and then more, until before Korra knew it, the light was fading. And, much to her surprise, the homesickness had faded too.
